This page lists dates and other information for all the local beer festivals which we are aware of in the coming months, for the benefit of drinkers who are looking for something a little different. The branch is always happy to help with publicising events which promote real ales and/or real ciders; note however that these festivals are not run or officially endorsed by CAMRA, unless explicitly stated in the description.

Saturday 5th July

Haddenham Real Ale Festival 2008. Youth and Community Centre, Woodways, Haddenham, HP17 8DS. 11am-9pm. 60+ Real Ales, Real Lager, Ciders and Perrys. All day barbeque, wine tent, live music and entertainment.

Tuesday 5th August - Saturday 9th August

CAMRA Great British Beer Festival. Earl's Court, London.

Thursday 14th August - Saturday 16th August

Worcester CAMRA Beer, Cider & Perry Festival. Worcester Racecourse. 5pm-11pm Thur, 11am-11pm Fri/Sat. 200+ beers 100+ ciders and perries.

Friday 22nd August - Monday 25th August

Bank Holiday Beer Festival. Chester Arms, 19 Chester Street, Oxford.

Friday 5th September - Sunday 7th September

Headington Beer Festival. Mason's Arms, 2 Quarry School Place, Headington Quarry, Oxford.

Friday 26th September - Saturday 27th September

Ascot Racecourse Beer Festival. In conjunction with Berkshire South East branch of CAMRA. A day's racing, plus over 130 real ales, ciders and perries; hot and cold food available all day; live music; half price admission for CAMRA members.
